Oceanographer. Holds a doctorate in Geophysics from the University of Copenhagen and a master's degree in Physical, Chemical and Geological Oceanography from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2015). Expert in sediment dating by Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL), with an emphasis on dating coastal deposition events. Has experience in the area of Coastal Geological Oceanography, acting mainly on the following themes: relative variations in sea level at high latitudes, georadar (GPR), formation of coastal deposits, dating of sediments and rocks by OSL, and geoindicators for assessing coastal vulnerability . Experience in planning, executing and leading field trips in coastal areas of the Arctic.
