This article describes the types of policies deployed for the advancement of electromobility in South America: Argentina-Buenos Aires, Brazil-São Paulo, Chile-Santiago, and Colombia-Bogotá. The selected cases validate the importance of institutional thickness to transition initiatives of sustainability. Thus, we have active and reactive territories about electromobility transition.

Entre 2012 e 2015 houve uma seca intensa no semiárido baiano. Nesse período, a mídia impressa da Bahia divulgou notícias sobre esse fenômeno climático. Este artigo objetivou analisar qualitativa e quantitativamente as notícias sobre a seca 2012-2015 difundidas pela mídia, bem como a relação entre a difusão das matérias e o volume de precipitação local. O método consistiu em: análise de conteúdo das matérias publicadas pela mídia baiana e a análise conjunta dos dados de precipitação e a quantidade de notícias.

A growing body of research is investigating the connections between the discursive construction of circular economy (CE) and its influences on public policies that promote the socio-technological transition towards circular production and consumption systems. However, surprisingly little attention has focused on how CE discourses interact with science, technology, and innovation (ST&I) actors.

The digitalization of businesses is a pervasive tide of innovation whose challenges the literature increasingly addresses. Nevertheless, management research has given much less attention to the implications of digital transformation (DT) for the innovation process and its management. This paper aims to contribute to the debate by exploring the implications of DT for the organization and management of innovation in five leading, innovative Brazilian incumbents.
